Twitch new Shoutout feature

I tried to add a new command to the Nightbot that lets it use the new Twitch shoutout feature, my command was:

!addcom !so /shoutout $(touser)

but unfortunately it didn’t work as the Nightbot says (Server commands other than /me, /announce are blocked.) every time I use the command.
I know it seems weird to ask for such a command but in my stream I use a website that plays a random clip from the streamer channel every time a mod shout out them by typing (!so @streamer), and I wanted to make the new Twitch feature a part of the command.

so I hope the devs allow such a command to the Nightbot in the future.
