My friend’s twitch channel, I have full access to nightbot dashboard for it, basically nightbot doesn’t show up in the users category at all or respond to chat. I have tried parting and rejoining it and noting happens, have tried unbanning it and unignoring it and verified that it is modded. Can’t find any post with the same problem as my friend so any response would be greatly appreciated. I have done everything suggested on Nightbot Troubleshooting but to no avail. Please help.

Please tell the owner of the channel to log back into the Nightbot control panel, hopefully that’ll work, they need to make sure to clear their cookies and cache before doing so.
