I can't see any emotes

The extension is on firefox and I can see the BetterTTV settings on the site. The emotes are enabled but when I go to chat they just aren’t there. What’s wrong?

BetterTTV Debugging

First check that your settings did not get reset. Sometimes you may think that BetterTTV isn’t loading but you may have cleared your cookies (which resets the settings). See if you have BetterTTV Settings within the Twitch chat settings. If so, then BetterTTV is probably working correctly. I already looked at that and followed it and it’s still not showing up. It’s in my settings and the emotes under the settings are enabled, but the emotes are not there.

same issue with chrome. Emotes are enabled but the menu does not appear. Works for me in firefox though
