If you read the documentation, you’ll notice that Nightbot uses the command !commands to manage commands, and not !command, so what you’re looking for is !commands delete with an s at the end of “command.”
Nightbot also has an alias to !commands delete: !delcom.
Alternatively you can use the dashboard.
