If a channel has 2 bots and I use the command !Commad delete it only deletes the StreamElements not the Nightbot, I have commands in Nightbot that I want to delete

If you read the documentation, you’ll notice that Nightbot uses the command !commands to manage commands, and not !command, so what you’re looking for is !commands delete with an s at the end of “command.”
Nightbot also has an alias to !commands delete: !delcom.
Alternatively you can use the dashboard.
