The bot does not work for me, I have already disabled the account several times, rearranged it as a moderator, logged out of the account. Does not have any reaction. What shall I do? Please help me to sort out this issue.

Are you sure you’re looking at Live Chat and not Top Chat?
If yes, and you still don’t get a response, what are you doing to try to get a response from the bot?
