Youtube: NightBot down or gone? RIP?

Looks like Nightbot is not working anymore at this moment on YouTube. Or… is it just my channel effected?

So. I’ve done what used to fix this problem… I parted NightBot from my channel.
Now I’m trying to add NB again, but unfortunately YouTube does not see NB!
Also… When going to NB’s YouTube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSvjQBDgYDB5TGVmCZObcwA ) I get a message that the account has been terminated due for violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

Is this the end for NightBot??
