You are violating your own approval rules

So, my gif emote was rejected two times because emote must have transparent background. I know you have this rule for a long time, so I checked few first pages of last uploaded emotes and I found many gif emotes as a square with no transparent background.

So why you’re making difference and some emotes are approved and some are rejected? Why you violate your own approval rules?

Do share these “many gif emotes” and we can take a look. If you just mean SourPls, then this emote was uploaded years prior to us adding a system for users uploading their own emotes and is grandfathered in.

Those emotes don’t appear to have backgrounds, so I’m not sure what you’re getting at. Zoomed in, otherwise known as “W” emotes, are permitted.
