Website not working on mobile devices

I’m trying to open the night bot website on my phone and the website is just blank white. Anything to fix that?

The website shouldn’t be blank unless your browser is trying to load old files. Have you tried refreshing or clearing your browser’s cache?

I tried clearing cache and data. I’m on iPhone and tried both Safari and Chrome. Every attempt is a blank screen. It works on Android, but I’d prefer to use the phone that has my service connected.

What iPhone and software version are you using? On my device it loads and functions normally. Perhaps you’re using an old version of iOS or Safari?

iPhone 7, latest update, and tried using Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Your device is pretty old, and is not using the latest version of Safari. All browsers on iOS use Safari internally (Apple restriction), so that would explain why they all are broken too. We do not have a test device to test a fix for this, but we did ship a new website release which may get it mostly functioning. However, we do not support old browser versions and some things may be broken or look wrong on these old browsers. If you’re still having trouble we’d recommend using a different device, like a computer, to access the site.
