Weather command not working

typing !weather kihei or !weather and any city is giving the same temperature details, regardless of the city I put in.

I tried !weather los angeles
!weather vancouver

always get this:

Is the weather function broken?

It doesn’t seem broken, but rather the command is not configured properly to accept input.
