Very well set rules when uploading emotes

I tried to upload gif emote. There is NOT a SINGLE word about file size in rules. Site refused to upload 5 gif emotes with size under 1,3 MB (two of them had less than 1 MB size).

So… now I have to wait 1 week.

Thanks for the feedback. We’ve added an error for this condition in the UI.
