I have been asked alot about how I have my Tweet Command setup because it honestly is the better way to share your stream on Twitter then the one Twitch offers. It is pretty basic aslong as you follow my method. Night helped me get this to work so it is all really his doing. But let’s begin.
The code is pretty basic and you really can’t mess it up.
!addcom !tweet Tweet out the stream! $(tweet Come watch @TWITTERUSERNAME while he plays $(twitch game) on Twitch! Twitch)
Now it can look confusing but it is pretty simple. You can change the following parts/words highlighted in BOLD to make it more custom for you.
!addcom !tweet Tweet out the stream! $(tweet Come watch @TWITTERUSERNAME while he plays $(twitch game) on Twitch! Twitch)
It will look like this. (I set this up for a friend)
When you click on the “bit.ly” link it will open a new window and give you this.
