Using an emote that already exists but isn't shareable

Hi,

I like the NepWink emote on FFZ and want to use it in my personal emotes, but it was rejected because it already exists here: https://manage.betterttv.net/emotes/57a339626cd5eba31ece1292

The problem is, the user that created it didn’t make it shareable, so it only works in his channel. He’s had 9 pageviews ever…

If it’s obvious this guy isn’t using it, and isn’t even active on twitch to reply to messages/whispers, how can I request that it be removed/made shareable?

Sorry but unless your are the creator of that emote, it’s the right of the user who uploaded it to decide shareability of the emote.
