User not showing on Giveaway eligibility list

I am using nightbot tv in conjunction with my youtube channel and streamyard.
Every user in my stream shows up on the Giveaway eligibility list except one subscriber.
We have tried making her a “regular” use, even tried making her a moderator and she still does not show up on the list. I now cannot use this function because it is excluding her and possibly later on others!

How can we figure out why she is the ONLY one in the stream not showing up on this list?

It’s a shot in the dark as I’m unsure it would affect the giveaway eligibility, but did she block Nightbot by mistake?
