Uptime for YouTube livestream

I’ve seen on a YouTube channel Mainstage an uptime command for Nightbot !time. I’m questioning myself how do they do this since I can’t find any possible way to achieve this. Any suggestions?

There is no native way to do this in nightbot itself, so they are likely using a customapi. In the future there will probably be a $(youtube) variable that will let you do so.
