Twitch Emoticons no longer can be seen in BTTV Emotes menu

Hello, suddenly I no longer can see Twitch emotes in the BetterTTV emotes menu, is there a problem ?

Are you still having an issue? I cannot reproduce this when I tried.

Yes I still have the problem, and when I disable Betterttv emotes, I can see the emotes button, but when I click, I cannot see any emote.

As you can see, Twitch emotes aren’t there.
