Timers not showing up in my chat

I’m having an issue with my nightbot timer. I have it set to pop up in my chat every 15 minutes, or every 30 lines. All of my commands still work in my stream chat but for whatever reason my timer will NOT appear in my chat, no matter how many comments I have or how long I have been streaming.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on what I can do?

Also I did try to delete the timer I had and create a new one, it still does not work.

That’s not how the limit works. It will post every 15 minutes if there’s been 30 lines in the past 5 minutes. This is explained in the timer settings.
