I configured NightBot correctly, putting everything in its proper place, but even so it is not appearing in the Live Chat and no command is working. I would like to understand the reason for this experience so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.

When you go to the dashboard, the button in the top right corner must be red and say “Part Channel,” if it’s blue and says “Join Channel,” click on it.
If the first suggestion isn’t what you need, go to your custom commands and create a !test command with a message (it can be whatever you want), then go live and in your live chat type !test, the bot should responds.
