Downloaded bttv from your site. Installed in Chrome browser. Bttv application settings have been added to OBS chat setting and twitch chat setting in browser. In the settings, I selected BetterTTV Emotes and BetterTTV GIF Emotes. I found and added animated emoticons to my channel on your website. I see these emoticons on OBS and Twitch. But other users cannot select them and in the chat they see only letters (the names of the smileys). Something is blocking your application. I see animated emoticons ok. Where else do you need to activate?
