When trying to make a subcount command and calling the command in chat, nightbot responds with “Not authorized to access channel’s subscriptions. Has the channel owner logged into the Nightbot control panel?” I am signed into the control panel and have signed out and back in 3+ times, that’s the only fix I’ve seen on other peoples posts, if anyone knows of another fix please help! Thanks
Can we see that your command looks like?
It works now, not sure what I was doing wrong still, the command was “Current Subscribers: $(twitch subcount)” But it seemed to fix itself last night after another log in.
Well the reason it wasn’t work before is cause that’s not the right way to use the twitch variable. Check here for future reference Twitch - Nightbot Docs
