When trying to add me as an editor it gives this message https://i.imgur.com/B0j8Lf4.png even tho the username is written correctly. I don’t have this problem with other channels.

Have you logged into the BTTV website before with that account, since it seems to not exist.
Yeah the “test1234” was just so I could show the error message. I only use Kniteort channel on bttv and the streamer not being able add me is MissBaffy. Here is the message she gets when trying to add me
I was able to add your username fine locally. This technically can occur if the streamer’s access token to Twitch has expired. Try having them sign out and back into our site.
