Does anyone know how to fix static emotes appearing on kappa gen streamelements preview screen. All my emotes appear static on the site is that normal? I went into the setting on twitch and chaneged it from static to animated already but my emotes on streamelements for kappagen appear static still. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Apologies for the delayed response. BetterTTV does not work with Streamelements on any sort of official basis, meaning any tools they’ve developed for BetterTTV are not something we are familiar with. I would actually recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance if you’re still experiencing this issue.
