I have !songs enabled, I have AutoDj enabled. But, when anybody types in !sr {URL} Nothing happens.
But, when I type it, it does. I checked and it says everybody can request songs.
It seems you have the default !songs command set on userlevel moderator. Meaning that only moderators and up can use the command to request songs. Changing this to Everyone will fix your issue.
