Spam link not working properly

Hi.

I’m having an weird issue. So, before turning on Link Spam Protection, everyone posted link. Then, after turning it on, the links would show as “***”, and doesn’t give timeouts. And the !permit command doesn’t make a difference.

I used to see a channel where nightbot would timeout for 5 seconds, but the link would show up.
How can I make this happen?

Hey @souocare!

From what you’re saying, I think you blocked hyperlinks using the Twitch moderation dashboard, to achieve the result you want, use Nightbot’s spam filters instead.
