Roles not syncing, nightbot just removes staff role

Iv looked and cant find a related topic on this. I added syncing roles to night bot and so far it hasn’t been working. I added 2 people to my mod/staff role on discord and mod them in my twitch chat. Night bot removed the discord role from them. I double checked to make sure they were mod in my twitch and I added back the role on discord

Also I don’t think my subs are being synced either

Users need to have their Twitch connected to Discord for Nightbot to sync them as a moderator or regular. For subscribers, Discord manages that integration (not us).
