Hi!
There is a recurring problem with sending messages via API after some time.
All tokens are updated, when sending a message it returns “status”: 200. But the message does not appear in the chat itself.
Only deleting the application in Connected Apps and completely reconnecting the chat bot helps. In this case the messages start to appear in the chat again.
What can be the problem?
Is it possible to access user logs remotely via API for more detailed analysis of a possible error?
