Problem with a spam protection: excess caps

The bot detects emotes with 3 capital letters in a row as LUL as capital letters, eliminating them and putting the punishment on the user who is determined in excess of capital letters when it is really an emote and not a capital letter. What I can do?

You can set the limit on the excess caps filter to be higher, though nightbot shouldn’t be flagging it as excess from my understanding the minimum limit is 8. Most likely they are being timed out by the excess emotes filter. So you could increase the limit on that.

So is this set in Twitch, Streamlabs, or nightbot??

I’m referring to nightbot as this forum is mainly for discussing problems related to nightbot and other products made by the company. If you’re having problems with streamlabs you should contact them.
