Some popular emotes such as Kapp and KappaLUL are not available for use as Personal Emotes, despite not being animated. Is this because they haven’t been manually approved? Is there any way to request other people’s emotes get manually approved?
There’s not currently a way to request others’ emotes for manual review, but this is an interesting idea we’ll take into consideration.
