Why paying for bttv pro requires my address, phone number and other personal information?
Other websites - such as TWITCH itself - don’t ask for that much when paying for services.
Why can’t I just pay with paypal without disclosing information?
Am i legally bound to provide you with correct information?
The BTTV Pro subscription supports paypal.
They won’t let you pay with paypal unless you provide all the personal information I listed.
All payment processing is done through FastSpring which I believe uses this information for fraud protection.
