What is going on with the !permit command? When giving permissions with a !permit, nightbot responds normally like '‘user’ has been granted permission to post links for 60 seconds but the user still gets timed out. Twitch link protection is disabled so it’s not that… Thanks in advance!

I cannot reproduce any issues with permit. Make sure the user who is posting a link is posting within 60 seconds and that they are not being hit by any other spam filters (like the blacklist, for example).
