Hi all,
we’re using Nightbot on Youtube Stream Chat and we have set a 30 second slow mode for chat messages. So a viewer can only send a message every 30 seconds to the chat.
Because of that slow mode a timeout of 5 seconds for the first offense doesn’t make sense in our situation, because the viewer does not realise that he got a timeout because slow mode is longer then the first offense timeout.
It would be nice to have the possibility to either change the time for the first offense timeout or to disable that behavior.
Of course we configured that the user gets also a message sent by Nightbot, but most of them don’t read it. 
And in addition we use the blacklist to ban bawdy bots in the chat and they don’t need a second chance
