After I stop a stream and then start a new one OBS Chat loses ALL of its settings and displays a splash page instead of chat. Each and every stream session, I have to manually reinput my settings.

are you adding anything to your css? if you add anything that has quotation marks they can cause CLR browser to reset. If you did try replacing " with a ’

Can you explain to me why the quotation marks reset the settings?
Just an issue in the coding i guess for the CLR Browser (we didn’t make that lol) . I had the same issue with my follower and tip alert.
