I’ve tried for two weeks now everything I can possibly think of and I still cannot add a manager from Youtube to nightbot. I’ve tried their ID their username I get the same error message every time " User not found". Night bout works fine on our Youtube channel have never had any problems with it.
Nightbots added to Managing moderators in YouTube, and like I said we’ve been using night bot for years and have never had any problems. I have no idea why I can’t add someone to be a manager in Nightbot (on PC)
I hold the night bot account under my name, i’m registered. I don’t see anywhere where a person can sign up to just an account only and not use nightbot. I’m just trying to add them as a manager to nightbot. I did that with one of my other youtube users that’s a moderator and it worked fine but I can’t seem to add anybody else? this person is a Youtube moderator I’ve tried their username their user ID, nothing works.
Someone they join and I add them to my dashboard to be a manager how do they get to my dashboard? What would the ULR be that I send them because once they join and go to night bot they get their dashboard. So just looking for the ULR from my dashboard can’t find that anywhere. And obviously it’s not going to be the ULR that comes up for me Because that’s the same one that will come up for them it’s just Your personal dashboard I need to send my dashboard to them.
No the URL will be the same. When they login, they can click on their profile image (bottom-left desktop, top-right mobile) and select the channel they want to manage.
