No me sincroniza el comando con kick beta

estoy transmitiendo en kick beta usuario:artesano y no me andan los comandos de nigthbot lo tengo sincronizado con botrix, nose como solucionarlo

We don’t offer support on services other than NightDev’s, you’re going to have to reach out to Botrix if you wish to get help.

We only offer support in English (it isn’t my native language either, I’m French).
