I have both Nightbot and Moobot, but when i permit people to link stuff ( yt clip or like that ) then moobot permit the user, but nightbot will time him/her out…
Someone have the same prob?

It sounds like both bots are set to timeout links. Turn one of them off so only Nightbot OR Moobot are timing out links. You can find the option to turn Nightbot link filter off in the Spam protection menu of the control panel at https://beta.nightbot.tv/spam_protection or the Moobot spam filter at the moobot control panel (http://twitch.moobot.tv/)
