Nightbot won't let you put commands

Nightbot is already in the chat and does not let you put commands to the mods.
There are already commands with the timer. help:(

If your mods can’t add commands through the chat, make sure you enabled !commands.

@SaidJordan, Yep also make sure to set the user-level to Moderator.
