Does Nightbot have the Manage Roles permission, and have your mods linked their mod profile from the streaming platform (Twitch or YouTube) to Discord?
Yes to both, currently I’ve just manually assigned roles to them. It’s through Twitch btw just to be more specific.

cutebydaylight is not a user on your Discord server, and iv_faithful retains their moderator role until they speak in your Discord server again.
But I had to manually mod them also IV faithful and Cute are the same person, she just changed her twitch. They have the mod role because I had to give it to them myself. I’ve had them try leaving and rejoining, but nothing happens. Granted IV/Cute idk if her stuff is linked, but Flareon is for sure.
goldflareon47 was already assigned the moderator role, so there is nothing to sync. iv_faithful does not have their Twitch account linked to Discord, so Nightbot is unable to sync them.
Yes, I’m aware he already had the role. But we’ve tested multiple times having him leave and rejoin and it doesn’t give him the role back
He would need to join without the role, type in chat, and wait 15 minutes for the sync to occur.
