Nightbot Timing out Emotes even though Emote Filter is Disabled

Hello!
I’ve been trying to fix the nightbot spam protection filters on someone’s channel.
I have got Caps and Emotes filters DISABLED. But it is still timing out Emotes. I have the Repetition filter ENABLED but it shouldn’t be acting on Emotes.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Im on YouTube btw, and it seems like increasing the threshold for the Repitition filter fixes it, but I want the repetition filter to bypass emotes altogether. Anyway to do that?

This behavior cannot be changed. Repetitions track text being repeated in chat, and since emoji are just text they are tracked too.
