Nightbot not working on Youtube but works on Twitch

Hi, I mod for a Twitch and YT streamer. We need Nightbot on both Twitch and YT chats simultaneously for multi-streams. It works fine on Twitch but never responds to any messages on YT. We’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Joining and parting the channel again.
  2. Make sure it’s a mod, not banned.
  3. The stream is live and publically available.
  4. It doesn’t show any logs on the YT account.
  5. Waiting for 5-10 minutes for Nightbot to join.
    Kindly suggest some steps to solve this problem. Thanks!

Edit: By the way, the mainstream is on Twitch and we use ReStream for YT. I believe something like this shouldn’t make a difference.
