I’m having this same problem as of now on Twitch. My twitch account is brand new, no one is banned from chat. Nightbot has been modded, and I’ve done everything to see if Nightbot is in chat, I’ve issued all commands still no replay from Nightbot. This is my first time using Nightbot and really need someones help to fix this.
According to chat logs Nightbot did join your channel and is functioning normally, so I don’t know what you mean.
Sometimes, Nightbot takes some time to join a channel (less than 5minutes). That might be why he posted this comment.
It’s funny as soon as you posted it finally joined, got it going now. I’m guessing Twitch took a long time to actually give NIghtbot mod, because I just gave mod to my alt account to test it and it’s still not a mod after like 20 min
