I’ve been trying everything but Nightbot won’t respond to any commands in my YouTube livestream chat. I pressed “Join Channel” in the dashboard, I added Nightbot as a moderator, I had the chat on Live Chat, basically everything the troubleshooting guide says to do. Even after double checking all of this NIghtbot won’t respond to any commands. There is literally nothing I haven’t tried yet.
If you are sure you’ve added Nightbot to your stream properly and are still not getting responses, try checking the chat logs over at https://nightbot.tv/logs to see if it’s at least reading your chat.
It doesn’t seem like it’s reading the chat after checking the logs, but it says it’s joined my channel.
If it’s not reading chat (and logs are empty) then it is not detecting your stream as live. Make sure your stream is live and public.
