I have custom spam filters in place, but no matter what I have done they always boot people for too many caps, too many emotes, etc etc
Even though I have upped the limit for them.
I have even DISABLED the filters, and it still mutes people.
Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening?
If Nightbot is timing users out then Spam Protection in enabled in the Nightbot dashboard. Disabling the filters will stop nightbot from timing users out.
