Nightbot doesn't connect with calling user

My friend channel GAMING WITH FIRE is doing live daily. But nightbot doesn’t reply with calling user name. The respond is @(user) WELCOME TO THE STREAM - DONT FORGET TO LIKE.
The name of the calling user is coming on the place @(user). COMMANDS OF HIS CHANNEL

Hiya, you should check the Nightbot docs, because those are not Nightbot variables.
