I am an Admin for a decent sized discord and I am running into some issues with the nightbot server integration. My issue is with the role auto synch for twitch subs. Nightbot has been randomly deranking people and will not rank other for some reason. They all have their twitch accounts synched but they are not getting the sub role that they should get. Oddly enough with the people that are not getting the rank, if I flag them as regulers nightbot will synch up for that role and give them the regular role.
Nightbot doesn’t sync the sub role, you need to set that up inside the integrations menu in your server settings. All the subscribers role option in the nightbot dropdown does is specified which group should be treated as subscribers for command triggers
