Nightbot command responds differently depending on who uses the command?

Im wondering if theres a way to make a command react differently if a specific user uses it.
for example if i have a command !swoll and it responds with a random number 1-100%, is there a way to make it so that if a specific person does !swoll it would always give that person a specific outcome but still be random for everyone else?

Something like this will give a normal response and a response for a specific user $(eval decodeURIComponent(`$(touser)`)==`specific user`?`special response`:`normal response`)
