This command is not listed anywhere in the default or custom commands list, and it’s currently interfering with Revlo’s !giveaway command. How can I disable or delete it?

Making a new command named !giveaway will solve your problem, I can only assume this will likely be removed after more become familiar with the new Nightbot.
This is indeed a temporary command to help aid users with converting to the new platform. It can’t be toggled at this time by users, but if it’s causing incompatibilities reach out to us via our contact form and we can manually toggle it for you (it’s hidden).
