i need help getting a nightbot command where you go like: !love [username] and nightbots like: you and [username] were 50% made for each other, and the on where ur like: !hate [username] and nightbot is like: you hate 50% of [username]

Using the $(touser)variable should work for you.

!addcom !love You and $(touser) were 50% made for each other.
!addcom !hate You hate 50% of $(touser).
