Need Help with commands

I’m new to twitch commands n stuff so sorry if this seems simple but how do I get the name I say after my command name to show up in the command response for example if I said !Test @NightBot I would want to see Test @Nightbot or !Test @randomname response would be Test @randomname

Read the documentation, what you’re looking for is $(touser).
