My twitch mods can't save songs to my playlist

I myself can save any song to my playlist using “!songs save” or “!songs steal”. But if one of my mods tries to use one of these commands I get following error message in the chat:

“There was an error looking up your channel. Error: user not found.”

I already tried everyhing tutorial videos showed and searched here on NightDev.
I found not one single person who got the same problem.
Please help.

Have they logged in on the Nightbot website? They may need to first register an account with us.
