There must be something in your Nightbot spam protections that’s causing it to timeout that user. Go to your Nightbot spam protections and look for whatever it is. You can also toggle your spam protections through the !filters command.
I know. I already looked at that. I have spam caps and symbols on. But when one of my spescific fans types in random messsages with NO caps or symbols, it still times him out saying he spammed too many caps. I can show you proof.
Emotes can also contain capital letters that will also trigger this filter.
